With a global network spanning over 220 countries and territories, DHL offers an expansive portfolio of services, including international express delivery, freight forwarding, e-commerce solutions, and industrial supply chain management.

The Challenge

  • Operational scalability: Meeting the rapid demand fluctuations in e-commerce with consistent efficiency.
  • Fulfillment complexity: Managing inbound and outbound logistics with speed and minimal errors.
  • Customer expectations: Ensuring agility, accuracy, and resilience in the face of evolving market needs.

Our Solution

  • RoboShuttle® tote-picking robot: This AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) autonomously retrieves totes containing ordered items and carries them to picking stations using its advanced fork arms.
  • Collaborative robot arms: Working alongside the RoboShuttle®, these arms pick items from the tote, pack them, and prepare them for outbound delivery.
  • Real-time performance monitoring: Dashboards display operational metrics, allowing decision-makers to track and analyze logistics performance in real-time.

The Geekplus impact
